Candid Color Photography will photograph each graduate as they receive their diploma, and again after they have left the stage. You may view the proofs online through the Candid Color Photography Web site, or you may reach them at 800-345-1443. You can also register to have a proof sent to you or a family member. An offer to purchase these photographs is mailed to the address the student provides, but there is no obligation to place an order.
Please Note: Guests will not be allowed into the graduate/faculty section on the floor for photographs until the ceremony has concluded.

How long is the commencement ceremony?
The ceremony will last approximately 90 minutes.
What is the dress code?
Please wear business-casual style clothing under the gowns. Dark shoes are appropriate.
Is seating available for handicapped guests?
Seating for handicapped guests is available on the arena floor. Please arrive early (doors open 1 hr. 15 min. prior to ceremony), as seating is first-come, first-served. Ushers will escort handicapped guests to available seating.
How many tickets may I get for the ceremony?
There are no tickets issued for the ceremony. Seating is available on a first come/first served basis
Do graduates bring name cards?
Graduates will receive a name card to fill out before the ceremony. Please include your first and last name, home address and e-mail address. These cards will be given to the announcer to call your name as you walk across the stage and Candid Color Photography will use this information to mail you your photo proofs. Please print clearly and fill them out completely.
Where can I park?
Parking is limited on the north side of the Freede Wellness and Activity Center due to construction. Lots are located to the east and south of the facility. Please refer to the campus map for details.
Can I take pictures of my son/daughter while they receive their diploma?
The area to the left of the stage is available for snapshots of graduates. Time your appearance at the photography area so that minimal time is spent there and other family members can have an opportunity to photograph their graduate.
Candid Color Photography will be on stage to take a photograph of each graduate receiving their diploma. An additional photograph will be taken after the graduate leaves the stage. Proofs will be mailed to the graduate and will be available online at CandidColorPhotography.com or you may reach them at 800-345-1443. You can also register to have a proof sent to you or a family member. An offer to purchase these photographs is mailed to the address the student provides, but there is no obligation to place an order.
What time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive no later than 6:00 PM. Graduates will meet on the second level and line up according to their campus site. Signs will be posted and ushers will be available to escort graduates to their place in line.Guests, please arrive no later than 6:45 PM. Be sure to allow plenty of time to locate the Freede Center and park.

Seating for those who are unable to climb stairs is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Freede Wellness Center is wheelchair accessible. A sign language interpreter will be available at the ceremony. If you or your guest will require the services of the interpreter, or if you have guests with other special needs please contact Jade Carter at (405) 595-4418.
